Q: How do I know if ordering online is secure?

A: Protecting your information is a priority for Wristpic. We use SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only Wristpic Inc. is able to read your information. At the bottom status bar of your browser window, you will see a closed lock or an unbroken arrow. These icons indicate that SSL is active and your information is secure.

We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data with the Wristpic Web site.

All credit card information is securely erased once your payment is processed. This prevents the loss of credit card information to hackers.

Our servers reside in commercially operated facilities that are protected from hackers and other intruders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The facilities are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.


Q: How do I determine the shipping and handling cost on my order?

A: Shipping and handling cost depends on the shipping method you�ve selected. The Wristpic system will provide your exact cost before the final checkout step. You can then confirm your order and proceed to the final checkout.


Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

A: Yes, you will if you live in certain states. Currently, Wristpic, Inc. charges sales tax on orders shipped to California. If you live in another state, you may be liable for use tax that you need to pay. 


Q: Can my Wristpic be gift wrapped?

A: Of course it can. Just go to the Gift Wrap Page, and let us know how you like it and we will do the rest for you.


Q: Will Wristpic ship to the international addresses?

A: At this time, Wristpic, Inc. only ships to addresses in the United States. Check back later for new shipping information. 


Q: What methods of payments does Wristpic accept?

A: We accept the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks and money orders. If you have a Wristpic Gift Card, enter the gift card number along with the access number on the Billing Information page when you Checkout.


Q: Can I order multiple items per gift box.

A: Yes you can. After specifying your purchase, under Special Instructions, specify that you want multiple items in a box. Give us brief directions and/or any others instructions that you wish. We will ensure that this gift will be presented to the recipients(s) as if you had delivered it yourself.


Q: How do I purchase a gift card online?

A: Go to the Gift Card page and click Purchase a Gift Card.  You must have a Wristpic.com user account to do so. You can sign up and immediately purchase your gift card.


Q: How do coupons and promotional codes work?

A: A coupon or Promotional code is a number that Wristpic issues as gifts to our members for their loyalty. It�s a discount on an order as shown in the promotional email you received. When you are doing Payment Processing, you will be asked if you have any promotions you want to use. Enter the promotion code and then follow the instructions on the page to complete checking out.
